Who we are

This website is operated by Alan Technologies, Astana, Kazakhstan ("we"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website and how we use it, in line with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data and their Protection.

What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, the contact details you provide (email, phone or messenger) and the description of your project.

If you accept analytics cookies: anonymous data about how you use the website, collected by Google Analytics.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a proposal and keep in touch about your project. We don't use your data for unrelated marketing and don't sell it to anyone.

Where it is stored

Requests are delivered to our team's Telegram and email. Personal data of citizens of Kazakhstan is stored in line with the requirements of Kazakhstan law. Analytics providers may process anonymous data outside Kazakhstan.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for up to 3 years after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent and have it deleted. Write to alantechnologies.kz@gmail.com or through the contact form, and we will reply within 10 business days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
